What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, property type and the details of the work you need.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If you become a customer, we keep records needed to carry out the work, provide warranty and servicing, and meet legal obligations such as F-Gas record keeping and tax.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are processed by our website host so they can be delivered to us by email. We may share necessary details with subcontractors working on your job, such as an electrician. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, servicing and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@zephyrclimate.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
